Whether you're coming in for an annual exam, birth control counseling, STI screening, or just to check in with your body, you’ll be met with care that’s thorough, thoughtful, and never rushed.
This is reproductive healthcare that values conversation, consent, and connection - because you deserve to feel seen, heard, and well cared for at every visit.
I don’t do OB-Gyn surgery, but I’ll refer you onto other specialist care providers I trust, should you need it.
You’ll get a full hour of tailored, personal care, plus I’ll offer up more integrative health care options lent up from my library of knowledge.

This FAQ covers the most common questions I get about what to expect, how midwifery-led GYN care is different, and how I tailor each visit to you. If there’s something you’re still wondering about, reach out - I’m always happy to chat.

Each annual visit is tailored to you, but typically includes STI screening, cervical cancer screening (if needed based on your age and history), birth control counseling, and breast/chest health check-ins.
If relevant, we can also explore other areas of your wellbeing - like thyroid function, blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
We’ll take the time to look at your health holistically and talk through evidence-based strategies that feel right for your body and your life.

Midwives specialize in preventative, low-risk reproductive healthcare.
My focus is on screening, early detection, and supporting your body’s natural rhythms.
OB-GYNs are trained for more complex diagnostics and surgical interventions.
In short: midwifery care is ideal for regular checkups and personalized guidance, while OB-GYN care is best when there’s a specific problem that needs deeper investigation or treatment.

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to contraception.
My role is to provide clear, balanced information about all your options - hormonal and non-hormonal - and support whatever choice feels best for your lifestyle and values.
I prescribe oral contraceptives, place IUDs, and refer out for Nexplanon implants if that’s your preferred method.

A full annual visit lasts one hour and costs $250. I offer sliding scale options and payment plans if needed - because I believe high-quality, compassionate GYN care should be accessible.
