IUI (Intrauterine Insemination)

Conception doesn’t always happen easily - but it doesn’t have to feel clinical or disconnected.
I offer in-home intrauterine insemination (IUI) for individuals and families looking for a more personal, attuned path to pregnancy.
In a space that feels safe and familiar - your home - we’ll work together to track your cycle, time your insemination with care, and approach this process with intention, clarity, and compassion.
Fertility is sensitive…
the care around it should be, too.

FAQ’s
got questions about iui?
Choosing at-home IUI is a deeply personal decision, and it’s normal to have questions. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common things people ask about the process, the logistics, and what to expect when working with me. If something’s not covered here, feel free to reach out - I’m always happy to talk it through with you.
-
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) is a simple, low-intervention fertility treatment where washed sperm is placed directly into the uterus using a small catheter.
This increases the chances of conception by bringing the sperm closer to the egg during ovulation.
I offer IUI services in the comfort of your own home, so the process can unfold in a familiar, low-stress environment - without the fluorescent lights or rushed timelines of a clinic.
-
I provide full-spectrum support, including preconception counseling, a GYN exam, and any necessary lab work.
We’ll also track your cycle together in detail to pinpoint your fertile window and time the insemination with care and accuracy.
This usually translates to one intake and then as many as two IUI’s in one cycle.
From the emotional to the clinical, I’m here with you through every step.
-
I don’t store sperm on-site. You’ll need to arrange a donor and coordinate the release of sperm through a licensed sperm bank.
If you’re not sure where to begin, I’m happy to point you toward trusted resources!
-
No - only washed sperm that’s been properly processed by a sperm bank can be used for IUI.
Unwashed semen contains components that are meant for vaginal insemination and aren’t safe to place directly into the uterus.
If you’re using fresh or unwashed sperm, that would fall under IVI (intravaginal insemination), which I don’t currently offer.
-
I don’t provide IVI services. My focus is on IUI - a safe, effective option for many families looking to conceive in a more personal, grounded setting.
-
My IUI service is entirely out of pocket and runs around 700$.
