Supernatural Midwifery operates on the traditional, unceded lands of the Lenape people. I honor the original stewards of this land and recognize the ongoing resilience of Indigenous communities across New York and beyond.
I also pay deep respect to the Black, Indigenous, and midwives of color - those who, often in the face of erasure and oppression, preserved and protected the ancient traditions of midwifery.
This work exists because of them - and it carries forward in commitment to justice, reverence, and repair.
